Centurion model sold
Naples-based Borelli Construction announced the sale of its newest luxury model that was introduced to the market three months ago. Located in Estuary at Grey Oaks, the Centurion offers 7,000 square feet and includes a private apartment and attached guest cabana. The British West Indies-style home was designed by Stofft Cooney Architects. The design Borelli chose exemplifies modern luxury with clean lines and elegant details. Additional features include a whole-house gas-powered backup generator, a 1,200-bottle wine cellar and electric roll down patio screens. Green building techniques utilized included low-E Argon gas filled windows, electronic lighting system that doubles a light bulbs useful life, and ultra violet light purified conditioned air.
